SENIOR LAWYER
Qualifications required:
- UK University Law Degree
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- 3years experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Good drafting skills and hard driven personality
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate clients’ legal & corporate matters including provision of advice concerning complex international transactions, structuring, attending to regulatory requirements, review of legal documents, drafting/reviewing/negotiation of contracts, liaison with the local authorities and the provision of corporate services.
